Job Description

As a Security Officer - Armed Utility Patrol in Carmel, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more .

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment within a utilities setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to all individuals you encounter. This is an armed and driving role, requiring you to carry a concealed weapon and operate vehicles as needed to fulfill your patrol duties. You will be expected to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors, addressing questions and responding promptly to situations as they arise. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
