Were representing an ENR Top 80 General Contractor with a strong track record of delivering large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and retail developments across the Mid-Atlantic.

With continued growth in Baltimore and the surrounding region, the firm is now seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction efforts on key projects and play a central role in client and design team collaboration.

What youll be doing :

• Manage the full preconstruction process from conceptual budgets through GMP delivery.
• Partner directly with owners, developers, and design teams to drive early project success.
• Lead internal estimating teams and mentor junior staff.
• Oversee bid strategies, value engineering, and cost modeling.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of estimates, schedules, and proposals.
