5+ years of culinary leadership experience, including prior Executive Chef or senior BOH roleSkilled in food cost management, labor controls, and inventory systemsProven success in staff leadership, training, and retentionStrong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standardsEXECUTIVE CHEF PREFERRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS :
