Responsibilities

Plan Development : Customize and propose insurance plans that align with individual client requirements.

Sales Growth : Actively contribute to the agency's growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Cross-Selling : Identify and suggest additional insurance products to enhance client coverage and satisfaction.

Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.

Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide the best advice to clients.

Compliance : Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

Licensing : Valid PA Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience : A minimum of 2 years experience in insurance sales or related field is preferred.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focus : Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
