Job descriptionMake 100+ outbound calls daily to homeowners interested in selling their properties. Qualify motivated sellers by identifying their situation, property condition, and timeline. Schedule appointments for our acquisitions team to make offers. Manage leads through the CRM, ensuring consistent and timely follow-up. Master our proven scripts while bringing your own personality and energy to each call. Track daily metrics and conversion rates to continually improve performance. Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly over the phone. Resilient and persistent- you’re not afraid of hearing “no.” Competitive and goal-driven, always pushing to beat your own best numbers. Organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple leads in various stages. Coachable and curious- you’re eager to learn real estate and sales skills. Experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is a plus (but we’ll train the right person).

You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, prospect new business over the phone, and help convert interest into appointments. This is the ideal role for someone eager to grow into a high-earning sales career with clear systems, training, and mentorship.

- Base salary plus commission, with expected first-year earnings at $50,000+
