Job description1st shift Monday - friday 7 : 00am- 3 : 30pm $16.00 per hour Previous machine shop experience. Ability to make simple setup and operation of conventional and CNC machines. Mathematical skills (addition / subtraction, multiplication / division, geometry, trigonometry). Basic knowledge weights, measures and metric conversions. Basic verbal and written communication skills. Truck and forklift experience. Prolonged standing. Lifting up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling. Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for the role of Machinist I in the Arlington, TX 76001 area.
The position will be responsible of Machines parts according to specifications for assemblies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Reads and interprets blueprints and drawings.
- Operates machines in the production of precision parts, molds, dies, etc.
- Completes related paperwork.
- Maintains a safe working environment.
- Maintain clean shop.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
