Position Summary : Our client is a leading AI infrastructure company supporting the U.S. government and allied defense organizations in building, evaluating, and deploying generative AI systems for national security missions. They specialize in transforming complex data, ranging from text and imagery to geospatial and network intelligence, into mission-ready AI capabilities that enhance cyber defense, operational planning, and decision support. Their work spans the full AI lifecycle, from secure data curation and model evaluation to the deployment of autonomous agents that integrate directly into military and intelligence workflows, accelerating mission execution and strengthening U.S. and Allied technological advantage.

The Engagement Manager (Cyber) will lead delivery of advanced AI-driven workflows for national security customers in the cyber domain. This role requires exceptional program leadership, technical fluency, and stakeholder management. You will serve as the primary interface between engineering teams and operational users, ensuring delivery success, adoption, and measurable mission outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the full customer relationship, from senior executives to cyber operators.
• Scope, deliver, and continuously work with the team to improve AI / ML use cases tailored to customer mission needs and feedback.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deploy, integrate, and scale agentic workflows into production.
• Translate the customer’s operational requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.
• Manage account execution, performance metrics, and delivery timelines.
• Proactively identify gaps, mitigate risks, and ensure exceptional customer experience.
