About The Position

The Agronomy Operations / Delivery position involves packaging and delivering seed, chemical, and fertilizer products to customers. Key duties include :

• Delivering seed, fertilizer, and pesticides to customers' fields and farms;
• Packaging and filling vessels with agricultural products including NH3, liquid fertilizers, and crop protection products;
• Accurately measuring, counting, and storing inventory at locations;
• Having basic knowledge of agricultural products and their uses;
• Complying with safety and governmental regulations;
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment, reporting issues as needed;
• Keeping facilities clean and compliant with safety regulations;
• Attending training and safety meetings;
• Providing excellent customer service, managing difficult situations, and resolving concerns promptly;
• Communicating effectively with customers, employees, and management;
• Presenting a professional appearance;
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
