Gynecology - Oncology Physician at BAS Healthcare summary :

The Gynecology-Oncology Physician position is located in Michigan's Great Lakes Bay Region, offering inpatient and outpatient services in a nationally recognized Cancer Care Center with a focus on high-risk obstetrics and oncology. This role includes a varied workload with Monday through Friday schedules, a supportive call arrangement, and opportunities for professional development through participation in tumor boards. The compensation package is competitive, providing various benefits and eligibility for federal school loan forgiveness due to the health shortage area.

Location : The central portion of Michigan s Lower Peninsula and is part of the Great Lakes Bay Region.

Facility :

  • Offer a broad spectrum of programs and services ranging from high-risk obstetrics, neonatal and pediatric intensive care, to acute care including a Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center, cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics, robotic surgery and many other services.

Opportunity :

  • Huge need for expanded GYN / ONC services in the area
  • Inpatient-outpatient provider. Monday through Friday clinic / hospital / surgery 8-hour days + shared call coverage.
  • Good shared call arrangement with other Covenant and local physicians
  • Nationally recognized and accredited Cancer Care Center with MD Anderson affiliation
