Regional CDL-A Driver — Recent Graduates Welcome

Position summary : 10-4 Logistics USA seeks Class A (CDL-A) drivers to operate regional dry-van routes serving areas east of I-35. This role features 100% no-touch freight, approximately 60% drop-and-hook, predictable regional schedules, mentor-led in-cab training, and operation of late-model automatic tractors.

Key points

Freight : 100% no-touch; approximately 60% drop-and-hook

Training : Paid mentor-led in-cab training

Equipment : Late-model automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors

Home time : Typically two days every other week

Compensation and schedule

Training pay : $650 per week during a four-week in-cab training period with a trainer

Base pay after training : $0.55 to $0.65 per mile, dependent on experience

Performance bonus : $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly

Area of operation, equipment, and benefits

Area of operation : Regional routes east of I-35

Equipment : Late-model automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements.
• Complete assigned regional routes and meet customer delivery instructions for dry-van freight.
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and electronic logs in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper cargo securement and follow drop-and-hook procedures when applicable.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers regarding schedules, delays, or delivery instructions.
• Follow company procedures for fuel management, routing, and on-road safety; report accidents, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately.
