Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of multiple Salesforce programs, ensuring successful outcomes through proactive risk and budget management

Establish best-in-class delivery frameworks and ensure continuous improvement through metrics and operational reviews

Serve as a senior delivery point of contact for key client relationships and contribute to business development efforts

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience leading Salesforce delivery for complex projects in agency or consulting environments

At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams with proven client outcomes

Demonstrated proficiency in delivery governance, estimation, and risk management across various methodologies

Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of revenue recognition and forecasting

Effective people leadership experience, including hiring and performance management
