As we expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.
- Conduct in-person appointments and presentations with potential business owners to showcase our products / services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing businesses to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for target markets and achieve sales goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRMsystem.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but notmandatory).Proven experience in outside sales or a similar sales role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits :
