We're expanding our leadership team at our DeSoto Clinic and seeking an experienced Lead Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to guide and mentor our therapists, support clinical operations, and ensure high-quality patient care.

Position Overview :

As the Lead Speech-Language Pathologist , you'll balance direct patient care with leadership responsibilities. You'll foster professional growth within your team, maintain exceptional standards of care, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape clinical policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Patient Care & Documentation

• Conduct comprehensive therapy sessions and evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide education and ongoing communication to parents and families.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
