Role Summary

The Director Of Engineering will lead the Global Operations Engineering team for Data Center Cooling Products. This role is responsible for releasing new products into the factories and ensuring manufacturability, high quality, and predictable costs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HVAC and a proven track record of leading cross-functional, global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate global teams.

Experience in HVAC systems design and manufacturing, ideally with expertise in data center cooling technologies (e.g., precision cooling, chillers, CRAC / CRAH units, liquid cooling systems).
