Operations Analyst – Dividend Specialist

Location : Chandler, AZ (Hybrid : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Pay Range : $20 – $21 per hour

Job Summary :

Join our Wealth Management Operations (WMO) team within the Investment Information Management Organization as a Dividend Specialist . In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments for assigned mutual fund companies.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain distribution calendars for domestic and international fund groups.

Monitor email communications from fund agents and create transactions within the dividend system for downstream processing.

Prepare trade logs for manual dividend reinvestments.

Analyze quality control reports, research ledger variances, and maintain control metrics.

Work 40+ hours per week, with significant overtime required toward year-end.

Demonstrate strong attendance and punctuality; unexcused absences or tardiness may result in dismissal.

Collaborate effectively in a team environment and work independently when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

0–2 years of experience in a related field preferred.

Familiarity with mutual fund industry concepts, practices, and procedures is a plus.

Pay Details : $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
