  • Training Writer – Pharmaceutical Industry - Remote (US ONLY) –Eastern Time Zone - Contract

    • NO 3rd PARTIES
    • 60-70 / hr. W2 or Independent Contractor Only
    • Must have technical writing experience in commercial training in the pharmaceutical industry
    • Work with internal Learning Strategists to develop PPT presentation, transcripts, job aids, worksheets, workshop materials, facilitator guides for Commercial Training Projects (not clinical).

      Job Summary :

      Seeking a skilled Training Writer to collaborate with our internal Learning Strategists in the development of comprehensive training materials. This role is critical in supporting employee education initiatives, ensuring that complex pharmaceutical processes , regulations, and technical information are communicated clearly and effectively. The Training Writer will create engaging and accurate learning resources, including PowerPoint presentations, transcripts, job aids, worksheets, workshop materials, and facilitator guides.

      Qualifications :

    • Proven experience as a Training Writer, Instructional Designer, or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP).
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate complex information into easily digestible content.
    • Proficiency in creating training materials using PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Experience developing a wide range of learning materials, such as facilitator guides, job aids, and workshop resources.
    • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Learning Strategists, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and trainers.
    • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in education, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field preferred.
