Role Overview

As a GTM Engineer, you’ll own the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle end-to-end. You’ll work directly with Fortune 500 clients, deploying cutting-edge AI products, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term success. This role blends engineering, customer-facing leadership, and product insight, ideal for someone who thrives in high-intensity, fast-changing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment to activation

Build strong relationships with enterprise engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption

Identify high-value use cases and guide customers in achieving measurable outcomes

Act as both an engineer and product advocate, implementing features and gathering customer feedback

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to influence roadmap decisions

Non-Negotiables

2–8 years of experience as a software engineer, forward-deployed engineer, or technical role at a high-talent company

Proven success building and selling deeply technical products

Strong coding ability with production-level experience

Enterprise customer-facing experience (comfortable presenting to CTO-level executives)

Willingness to work on-site 5 days per week (NYC or Bay Area, with 2-week onboarding in Bay Area)

Nice to Have

Previous founder or early startup experience

Experience at Series A / B high-growth startups or applied AI companies

Blend of engineering, product, and customer-facing experience

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $200K – $400K
