What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Observe for signs of suspicious activity and / or hazards during patrols and report findings as required.

Assist visitors, staff, and patients with directions and general information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or unusual occurrences according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
