Established Middletown Law Firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary in the following areas of Law :
Duties include :
Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as is the ability to create, edit, and proof legal documents. Must be organized and accurate when drafting legal documents.
Should be well-versed in Microsoft Office and have the ability to multitask efficiently.
A minimum of 5 years of Law firm experience and / or a paralegal certificate is required, and candidates must have previously worked in an office environment.
Job Type : Full-time
Monday to Friday 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
Work Location : In person

Full-service law office would be available to Attorney including use of Westlaw and Lexis Nexis library and use of conference room.
Minium of two years law firm experience or Solo Practice experience.
