Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a night shift Emergency Department RN with a Michigan RN license and ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH certifications required.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
  • Level 1 Trauma Center with diverse emergency patient population
  • Night shifts (3x12 hours), 19 : 00 to 07 : 30
  • Required to work every other weekend
  • Holiday coverage required; no Christmas holiday RTO, one holiday day may be submitted
  • No call or floating requirements
  • Assignment includes required annual and orientation modules, completed as self-reported learning
  • All lab work must be completed within 48–72 hours of contract signing
  • Locals accepted at the same rate with no radius restrictions
  • Return staff may be considered after six months
  • Travelers are given first priority if floating becomes necessary

  • Active Michigan RN license or eligibility with ETA for license required
  • Current certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and NIH
  • Minimum of 1 year ER experience required; 2 years and Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
  • Preferred certifications : ENPC, TNCC
  • Flu vaccination proof required or exemption request submitted within 48 hours of signing contract
  • References required
