• Current practice has an Orthopedic Surgeon and 2 PA's
• Ability to collaborate with sister campus of 3 Orthopedic Surgeons and 4 APP's - groups feed each other cases
• General Orthopedics with Sports Medicine, Total Shoulders, Fracture Care, and more
• Turnkey practice with large referral base - Sparkling reputation in the region
• Schedule : 4-day work week with 2 days in the OR and 2 days of clinic on average
• Call is basically phone only - current surgeon called in just a couple of times last year
• Hospital sits on 630 acres of land, including 8 miles of ski trails and a 30-acre lake with a boat landing Compensation & Benefits :
• Employed position with a salary guarantee range of $900,000 to over $1 million plus production - easily make $1.3M+
