Licensed Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our collaborative functional wellness team at Stratera Wellness and Recovery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep tissue massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

This role involves assessing patient needs, delivering tailored massage treatments, and contributing to the overall health and wellness of our clients.

Our team is comprised of a chiropractor, nurse practitioner, and a team of nurses. We are looking for someone to compliment this team and coordinate care across all these disciplines.

Unlike, many massage therapy models, we guarantee pay whether you have a patient or not! We hope a therapist truly invests in our company and that starts with us investing in you.

Pay includes hourly base pay plus acquired tips.

No weekends required but, event options available.

Must be eager to learns and hold patient / client care to the highest standard.

• Skills
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to empathize with clients' needs.
• Proficient in patient assessment techniques to develop effective treatment plans.
• Expertise in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in pain management strategies and their application in therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to the field of massage therapy.
• Solid understanding of anatomy knowledge necessary for effective treatment delivery.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• A willingness to learn and expand with a growing team

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $20.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours : 30 40 per week
