Job Description

Flatbed Driving With Real Pay, Predictable Home Time, and No Gimmicks

If you've been in flatbed long enough to know the difference between hype and honesty, this job might be what you've been waiting for. Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A flatbed drivers for a regional position hiring in Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 - and we're offering more than just a paycheck.

You'll earn $1,400 and $1,415 per week, with additional compensation for the time and effort flat bedding demands : tarp pay, stop pay, breakdown pay, and more. The freight is steady, the routes are regional, and the home time is dependable - with 6 full days off each month, however you want to schedule them.

The job involves hauling steel, lumber, rebar, machinery, and similar flatbed freight. Lanes cover the Southeast and surrounding regions. There's no Northeast city driving and no grocery dock freight. Just manageable flatbed work - and a support team that knows what it's doing.

What You'll Receive :

  • $1,400 to $1,415 weekly average pay , direct deposit every Friday
  • 6 days of home time per month , minimum 34-hour resets guaranteed
  • Top-tier Peterbilt equipment with Espar bunk heater, SiriusXM, inverter, and TV mounts
  • Full benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match
  • Performance extras : detention, layover, stop, tarp, breakdown, and clean inspection bonuses

Orientation is quick and fully covered. We'll book your hotel, provide meals, and reimburse travel (no buses). You'll receive transition pay to help cover bills while getting started, and there's a referral bonus if you know another pro who's ready to roll.

To qualify, you'll need a valid CDL-A, be at least 21 years old, and have either 1 full year of flatbed experience, or 1 year of OTR with at least 6 months flatbed in the last 12 months. You must meet all DOT medical and safety requirements.

Our Hiring Steps : Once your information is submitted, our team will assess your experience and connect with you regarding potential routes and schedules. EOE : We are committed to building a diverse team of professional drivers and logistics staff.

This is a role for drivers who are ready to be treated like professionals - paid fairly, supported consistently, and given equipment they can rely on. If you're looking for a better flatbed job, this is where the road gets smoother.
