Significance is seeking a Management Analyst I to support our NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA. This position supports data analysis, reporting, and operations research functions.

Required Skills :

• 3 years experience in engineering / science management, operations research analysis or financial / cost analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to maintain professional working relationships and demeanor.
• Dependable, with strong time management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
