Help refine our GTM model and org by :
Improve our pricing strategy by :
You Will
Own sales analytics and sales strategy efforts
Own commercial compensation design and execution across teams
Analyze and generate insights from sales and financial data quickly and efficiently
Leverage those insights to shape a sales strategy
Influence and develop relationships cross functionally
Drive projects forward effectively and efficiently (done is better than perfect)
Develop trackers / methodologies to understand if strategy is on / off track
Create action plans and gain alignment from sales leaders on tactical steps
What You Bring To The Table
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial strategy, management consulting, business intelligence or a related role
Strong analytical skills with high comfort in data analysis and numbers
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
