Job descriptionMeet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Bilingual (English / Spanish) Required : A must-have to connect with a diverse client base. Excellent Communication Skills : Able to build rapport effortlessly with clients and colleagues. Motivated & Ambitious : Youre driven by success and inspired by opportunity. Goal-oriented : Consistently pushes to meet and exceed targets Sales Pipeline Management : Skilled at handling sales leads and tracking progress. Community Engagement : Passionate about connecting with and serving the community.
