Requirements :

• 5+ years of professional experience in career coaching, counseling, or a related role.
• A degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in and understanding of the engineering world.
• Polyglot preferred : Professional proficiency in more than one language to support a global client base.
• Must be highly reliable with the ability to maintain a consistent, full-time weekly schedule.
