A day in the life

In our Costa Mesa, CA facility, you’ll start your shift by reviewing build specs and quality criteria for the day’s products. You’ll move from bench to bench assembling components with steady hands, performing in-process checks, and coordinating with teammates to keep production on track. When something looks off, you’ll flag it immediately, help troubleshoot, and get the line moving again. Throughout the day, your attention to detail and care for a tidy, safe workspace ensure every unit meets our standards.

What you will do

• Assemble components and finished products exactly to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks throughout the build to verify accuracy and functionality.
• Use hand tools and basic machinery confidently to complete tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Keep your work area clean and organized to support safety and productivity.
• Report issues or discrepancies promptly to your supervisor.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
