Account Executive (Remote – Commission Only)

LifePro Recruitment

LifePro Recruitment is hiring motivated and driven professionals for the role of Account Executive . This is a remote, 1099 commission-only opportunity ideal for individuals who want to grow their income, take ownership of their schedule, and make a real impact in people’s lives.

You’ll work with warm, inbound leads to help clients find life insurance solutions that protect their families and fit their budgets.

What You’ll Do :

Connect with clients who have expressed interest in coverage

Conduct consultations to assess client needs and goals

Present tailored insurance options using a consultative approach

Guide clients through the application and enrollment process

Maintain follow-up activity and notes in our CRM system

What We Provide :

What You Bring :

Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer service is a plus

Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain – we help)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented

Organized and reliable in a remote work environment

Compensation :

This is a 1099 commission-only role. Account Executives typically earn $5,000–$10,000 / month, with top performers earning $15,000+ / month.
