Dock Worker - St. Louis, MO This is a full-time, hourly level position. Position Summary : ADM is seeking a laborer to work as a barge cleaner at our American River Transportation Company (ARTCo) wash dock location in St. Louis, MO. Job Responsibilities :

• Cleaning the decks, hoppers and covers of barges
• Cleaning tank barges
• Cleaning preparation using pumps, wash hoses and hooking up a crane
• General cleaning and maintenance of crane barges, shops and yards
• Use hand signals for safe crane operations
• Assisting harbor boats, mechanics and welders
• Additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors. The pay for this position is expected to be :
