Preconstruction Manager (Construction)

Overview

The Preconstruction Manager will lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard-bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Greater Madison area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard-bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Greater Madison area.
• Contribute to development and initiatives within the Preconstruction Department.
• Collaborate with project teams to shape and improve preconstruction processes and outcomes.

Base pay range : $90,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr
