About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in the technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to monitoring critical processes, troubleshooting discrepancies, and managing scheduled activities to ensure seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor file imports and outgoing payment files.
• Monitor bank statement imports and file exports to downstream applications.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
• Check export logs for missing files and re-export as necessary.
• Monitor TRM activities, including reporting, accounting tasks, and file / data movement.
• Manually create MT940 files if banks fail to send them.
• Report MT199 messages to stakeholders.
