With our given population, you will witness growth within our community and limit complex cases from advancing, keeping our community healthy and limiting their need for emergency or hospital-based resources All FM providers must be able to see patients within the full lifespan (birth to adult) BE / BC State licensed Bridge employment gaps or transitions between permanent positions by taking on locum assignments, maintaining income and professional engagement during transitional periods. Experience diverse medical settings, patient demographics, and clinical challenges, enriching your professional expertise. Explore entrepreneurial ventures in healthcare, such as locum tenens agencies or consulting services, leveraging your expertise and network gained from locum work. Explore telemedicine or remote healthcare opportunities through locum assignments, leveraging technology to deliver care to patients in underserved or remote areas. Maintain a healthier equilibrium between work and personal life, avoiding burnout and stress.

Compensation : Annual salary is negotiable depending on experience with a potential range of $200,000-$240,000. This is dependent on hours worked and productivity.
