The Lending Director leads strategic lending initiatives across a defined region or business channel, driving growth in loan volume and product adoption. This role involves partnering with Financial Advisors and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored lending solutions, optimize client outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The Lending Director provides expert guidance on credit strategies, oversees complex lending cases, and contributes to business development efforts through training, consultation, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven professional with deep expertise in lending and banking solutions.

In this role, you will :

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in Wells Fargos Lending and Banking Solutions
• Deliver ongoing education and training to Financial Advisors
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and internal partners to identify, pursue, and support lending opportunities
• Lead strategic campaigns and product promotions, driving advisor engagement and increasing utilization of lending and banking solutions
• Facilitate onboarding of new Financial Advisors
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
• Drive complex business development strategies
• Support cross-functional Business Growth Strategy projects

Pay Range : $191,000.00 - $305,000.00
