About The Position

Job Title : Respiratory Therapist

Experience : Two years current experience required in specialty. At least one 13-week previous travel assignment.

License : New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License

Certifications :

• BLS certification completed through American Heart Association or equivalent.
• ACLS certification completed through American Heart Association or equivalent.
• PALS certification completed through American Heart Association or equivalent.
• NRP certification.

Must-Have :

Description :

Floating between departments or local locations within 20 miles is required.

Provides cardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for patients.

Support is required for both inpatients and outpatients that need diagnostic testing, respiratory treatment, and ventilatory support.

Weekends and holidays are required.

Floating may necessitate support for other locations.

Schedules and shifts may fluctuate to fulfill staffing needs.

On-call duties may be required on weekends and holidays.

Travelers will be the first to float within the facility and to alternate locations.

This is a 13-week contract assignment.
