Tax Associate

The Dallas office is looking for a first to third year tax associate (2015, 2016, 2017 class year), with experience working on the taxation of corporate and partnership business transactions. The associate would primarily be involved in transactional practice working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and financing transactions. Admittance to Texas bar is preferred, but not required.
