Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Dermatology

Schedule : 3-4‑Day Work Week | Compensation : 28‑30% of Collections (Avg. $225K-$270K+) | Relocation : $5K‑$6K

About The Role

Seeking a highly experienced Dermatology NP / PA to join a well‑established practice in the Clear Lake Region. This is a high‑autonomy, high‑earning opportunity in a scenic lakefront community with strong patient loyalty, seasoned support staff, and minimal charting. You will step into a full patient panel immediately within a community known for boating, wineries, hiking, and a relaxed lifestyle, north of San Francisco.

What You’ll Do

• Practice medical + cosmetic dermatology with strong autonomy
• See 28‑32 patients per day, 3.5 days a week
• Perform punch biopsies & excisions (melanoma + non‑melanoma)
• Administer injectables (Botox, fillers, sclerotherapy)
• Partner with in‑house staff including scribes, assistants, and two dedicated MAs
• Deliver patient‑centric care to a close‑knit community
