The Sales Director will own the full sales strategy and execution across priority sectors—manufacturing, automotive, logistics, and enterprise IT. This position will shape and lead U.S. go-to-market efforts, manage a growing sales team, and drive strategic engagements from first contact to contract signing. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building pipeline, solving customer problems, and securing major wins.
Key Responsibilities

Build New Client PartnershipDrive new business acquisition by identifying and engaging prospective clients in target industries.Create tailored sales pitches and value propositions for high-value opportunities.Lead the pursuit of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on infrastructure cabling, server network systems, and industrial IT services.???? Sales Strategy & Pipeline ManagementBuild, refine, and expand a robust sales pipeline using CRM and modern sales tools.Define quarterly targets and deliver consistent results against aggressive revenue goals.Create and optimize a scalable, metrics-driven sales process.???? New Business DevelopmentSource, engage, and close enterprise accounts in target verticals.Guide tailored pitches that articulate clear ROI and value.Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to drive complex deal cycles. Build and maintain a robust, dynamic sales pipeline with consistent lead generation and qualification.???? Market Expansion & IntelligenceIdentify untapped market opportunities and lead GTM strategies to capture them.Build strategic alliances through industry networks, partnerships, and public sector collaboration.Stay ahead of industry trends to shape offerings and inform sales plays.Qualifications
✅ Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.✅ Experience
10+ years of B2B sales or enterprise business experience in IT services, smart manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure.Proven track record in building sales teams and closing 6–7 figure enterprise deals.Strong network and industry insight in the U.S. manufacturing, automotive, or logistics sectors.Demonstrated success in managing sales pipelines, closing complex deals, and securing major enterprise clients.✅ Skills
Strong command of network infrastructure systems, smart factory technologies, and IT service delivery models.Familiarity with smart factory building equipment, logistics systems, and industrial automation.Executive-level presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern sales enablement platforms.Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively and operate with agility in a dynamic, growth-stage business environment.Personal Attributes
