Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description :

As a BCBA you will provide services to individuals with behavioral challenges and skill deficits. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior / treatment plans, data collection / analysis as well as training and supervising direct support staff in the residential treatment facilities.

Pay : $119,197.00-$129,997.00 per year

Employment Requirements Include :

  • Background Check-Live scan
  • Health Screening / TB Test
  • Valid California Driver’s License or ID
  • Master’s degree in psychology, public health, social work or a related human services field, plus two years’ experience in the developmental disabilities field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in field of ABA
  • Job Responsibilities Include :

  • Creates proactive antecedent intervention behavioral plans.
  • Applies behavioral principles consistently in all client / staff interactions.
  • Supports all staff in applying behavioral intervention plans.
  • Conducts resident / staff observations.
  • Provides documented assessments of observations.
  • Develops and provides staff training programs.
  • Develops program plans and other instructional activities that aid in the development of functional skills.
  • Observes and monitors fidelity of behavior / treatment plans.
  • Communicates in a professional and respectful manner with all program participants and professional development team.
  • Responds effectively and manages crisis situations.
  • Participates in individual program planning meetings.
  • Works with residents, consultants, staff and social workers to implement effective treatment / behavior plans.
