    This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenseswith full support and paid training provided by the agency.

    As an Account Manager, youll play a critical role in growing the agency by engaging both new prospects and existing customers. Youll consult on coverage options, close sales, and ensure every client receives the service and support they deserve.     Key Responsibilities

    • Drive New Sales Proactively market and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads.
    • Service Existing Clients Handle policy renewals, coverage updates, billing questions, and claims support.
    • Increase Retention Conduct policy reviews and recommend solutions that protect and grow customer accounts.
    • Build Lasting Relationships Provide a superior customer experience that fosters loyalty and referrals.
    • Collaborate with the Team Work closely with agency leadership to achieve individual and agency goals.
    • Qualifications

    • Proven track record in sales or account management (insurance experience preferred).
    • Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to balance sales goals with service excellence.
    • Confident in initiating conversations and presenting solutions.
    • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willing to obtain with agency support).
