Sileo Technology Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst II with 5–8 years of experience to help lead customer projects across AI platforms , emerging technologies , and modern service delivery frameworks . You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital transformation efforts—translating business needs into actionable insights and scalable solutions. If you’re passionate about solving complex challenges with cutting-edge tools and collaborating across teams, we’d love to meet you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Create documentation, workflows, and reports to guide implementation.
• Assist in the deployment and adoption of AI tools and dashboards.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Support AI-driven service delivery and framework development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and WBS development.
• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Conduct QA testing and validate solutions against business goals.
