Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to fill an opening in the KernBHRS department that provides specialty behavioral health services to Medi-Cal recipients and uninsured, located in Kern County, CA.

Requirements of the Adult  Psychiatrist :

• Board Certification / Eligibility in General Psychiatry
• American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) certified
• California Medical License : Active status with no disciplinary actions13.
• DEA Certification : Required for antipsychotics and long-acting injectables (e.g., clozapine).

Schedule of the Adult  Psychiatrist :

Shift : 8-hour day.

Adult Psychiatrists manage treatment-resistant schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and severe depression in outpatient and acute care settings. This role includes forensic responsibilities such as LPS Act evaluations and testimony in conservatorship hearings.
