Forklift Operator - 1st Shift - $20 / HR

We are seeking a dedicated forklift operator to join our team at our Troy facility. This role is essential in maintaining the efficient flow of materials within our facility, ensuring that operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities :

• Keep materials stacked and move material throughout the facility.
• Stock the line when parts are running low.
• Fill and unload pallets and tubs.
• Maintain accurate counts of data.
• Pull materials to the dock for shipment.

Work Environment :

Our facility is a launch sequencing environment focused on Chrysler business, encompassing 150,000 square feet with recent renovations. We prioritize safety and cleanliness, especially in our cleanroom environment. The facility features 244 Fanuc Robots, Sub Assembly Cells, Flex cells, Stand-alone cells, Weld robots, and Dispensing robots. It is a non-union plant with the plastics side operating Just-In-Time and the metals side not. Please note that cell phones are not permitted on the floor. The standard shift is from 6 am to 2 : 30 pm with potential overtime, including some Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50 / hr.
