We’re partnered with a rapidly expanding General Contractor delivering large-scale data center projects for hyperscale and enterprise clients across North America. With a strong project pipeline and a commitment to resilient, efficient infrastructure, they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of energy, mechanical, and HVAC systems across multiple high-profile data center builds.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project delivery for critical energy, mechanical, and HVAC systems, including power distribution, generators, UPS, chilled water, air handling, and related infrastructure.Lead scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and risk management for assigned scopes.Coordinate cross-functional teams, design partners, and subcontractors to ensure timely, compliant, and integrated systems delivery.Oversee constructability reviews, installation planning, and quality control for mechanical and electrical scopes.Support testing, commissioning, and turnover of mechanical, HVAC, and energy systems.Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, utilities, and project stakeholders.Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement for critical infrastructure delivery.Qualifications
Experience managing construction projects involving mechanical, HVAC, electrical, or energy infrastructure systems (data center or mission-critical preferred).Strong understanding of power distribution, backup power systems, chilled water plants, air handling systems, and critical facility operations.Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, and commissioning.Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and change managementStrong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (PMP preferred).Keywords : data centers, energy infrastructure, HVAC, mechanical systems, chilled water, power distribution, generators, UPS, switchgear, mission-critical, general contractor, commissioning, construction management, project manager, MEP, utilities, hyperscale, design-build, data center infrastructure, INDUS
