Manage agency onboarding and training for new agencies and agents

Drive meetings to set mutual growth and quality goals with agencies

Engage consistently with agency partners through scheduled check-ins and calls

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance carrier experience with a sales background

Passion for educating and training new agency principals and agents

Strong organizational and negotiation skills

Customer-centric mindset with the ability to establish trust quickly

Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products, along with CRM experience
