Key Responsibilities : - Conduct quantitative research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze data - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives and design studies - Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, experiments, and databases - Interpret and present findings to internal and external stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quantitative research methods - Develop and maintain databases and data management systems - Identify and troubleshoot any issues with data collection or analysis - Communicate complex research findings in a clear and concise manner - Assist in the development of research proposals and project plans Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in quantitative research, preferably in a corporate or consulting setting - Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, or SPSS - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of the construction industry and / or experience with building materials is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
