This position requires flexibility to float to Medical-Surgical units and manage a patient load that may include 6-7 patients.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced critical care environment.Monitor and assess patient conditions, including neurology, respiratory failure, CHF, and various post-operative scenarios.Utilize specialty equipment such as IABP, CRRT, and ICP monitoring as needed.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Float between units as required, adapting to various patient care responsibilities.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).Current New York RN license at the time of submission.Certifications required : BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale.NURSYS report for license verification must be provided with all active RN licenses.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
