Job Title : Case Manager

Division / Program : TAY FSP

Starting Compensation :

22.00 - 28.00 USD Per Hour

Working Location : Fresno, CA

Working Hours / Shift :

Tuesday-Friday 8am -6pm. Working hours are approximate and may include flexibility as needed to meet client needs.

What you bring to SBHG :

• Associate degree in a social service field plus two (2) years of experience working in a mental / behavioral health field required (Internship may be substituted for a portion of the work experience) OR
• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field plus six (6) months experience preferred. (Internship may be substituted for a portion of the work experience)
• Valid California Driver’s License required and must meet Agency driver eligibility criteria.
