What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize electrical or mechanical systems for reliability, performance, and safety.
• Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
• Contribute to rapid development cycles while ensuring compliance with industry standards (NEC, IEEE, NFPA, ASME).
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement innovative solutions quickly.
• Document work clearly and communicate effectively across teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
• Strong analytical skills paired with resourcefulness and ingenuity.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and thrive under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or similar design software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
