Medicaid Billing Representative

A company is looking for a Medicaid Billing Representative to manage claims submitted to Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

Work on claims that are pending, denied, or incorrectly paid by Medicaid carriers

Review and address issues causing claims to remain on hold

Provide additional information to Medicaid and handle necessary correspondence and refunds

Required Qualifications

Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm

Ability to handle large volumes of work while meeting tight deadlines

Experience in a monitored performance environment is preferred

Ability to multi-task effectively
